2.- The Graduate Council The Graduate Faculty of The University of Texas at El Paso exercises its legislative functions through a Graduate Assembly. The Graduate Assembly is the final faculty authority for recommending policies concerned with academic standards for admission and retention of students, for furthering the development of the graduate program, and other matters affecting graduate study. The Assembly accomplishes most of its responsibilities through its elected representatives to the Graduate Council. Terms expire on August 31 of the year indicated in parenthesis.
