    11.- Debts Owed to the University

    In the event of non-payment of debts owed to the University, one or more of the following actions may be taken by the University:

    • bar against registration,
    • withholding of the student's grades and official transcripts,
    • withholding of a degree to which the student might otherwise be entitled
    • delinquent accounts will be referred to a Collection Agency and Credit Bureau,
    • other penalties and actions authorized by law.
