A student who pays tuition and fees with a check, draft, or money order that is not subsequently honored by payor's bank, the fault not being that of the bank, may be withdrawn from the University for non-payment of tuition and fees if the student fails to pay the University the amount due within ten class days after receiving written notice. Students will be assessed a $25 fee for each check not honored by payor's bank. This assessment is subject to change without prior notice.
