    UTEP participates in cooperative degree programs with The University of Texas at Austin and the UT Health Sciences Center in Houston. Applicants must submit separate applications to the degree-granting institution and are considered post-baccalaureate students for any UTEP enrollment. Admission to UTEP as a post-baccalaureate student neither offers nor implies admission to the degree-granting institution below.
