Canadian Centre for Pollution Prevention : Canada's first P2 clearinghouse.

Center for Technology Transfer and Pollution Prevention (CT2P2): A series of over 30 PC-based computer programs on various aspects of the environment and pollution prevention. These programs can be downloaded and include topics on ground water education, management of domestic wastes, and pesticide storage.

Energy Analysis and Diagnostic Center (EADC): Industrial assessment databases at Rutgers University.

Environmental Recycling Hotline: Information about recycling programs is organized by zip code.

Global Recycling Network: A comprehensive Internet recycling information resource. Includes recycling directories, a reference library on recycling, and a stock page

Green Sources of Construction Materials: Includes a directory of suppliers of innovative building materials and recycled/salvaged lumber.

Green Engineering WWW Servers : Associated with an environmentally conscious design and manufacturing lab. Provides a listing of academic sites and research centers related to environmentally conscious design and manufacturing.

Hazardous Waste Research and Information Center (HWRIC): A division of Illinois' nonregulatory environmental agency, the Department of Energy and Natural Resources. Services include clean manufacturing and P2 technical assistance. An online publication is available.

National Environmental Information Resources Center (NEIRC): Provides one-stop access to a broad range of environmental information, including P2 and environmentally conscious manufacturing. Participants include U.S. Green Building Council and Public Technology, Inc.

National Technology Transfer Center (NTTC) : Links U.S. companies and federal laboratories to turn government research into practical, commercially-relevant technology. Site includes gateways to federal laboratories, governmental agencies, and bulletin board services and databases relating to technology transfer.

The Organization for Environmental Cooperation : Provides information on the CEC's initiatives, resources, councils, and areas of North America cooperation.

Tellus Institute :A non-profit research and consulting organization devoted to resource management and environmental issues. Site includes P2 information on total cost assessment and if-cycle assessment.

United Nations Environment Programme : Access to initiatives dealing with the environment and sustainable development. Links to relevant sites.

University of North Dakota --Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC) : Specializes in clean, efficient energy technologies and environmental systems that prevent pollution and clean up contaminated air, soil, and water.

Center for Technology Transfer and Pollution Prevention (CT2P2): The center has developed over 30 computer programs concerning the environment and pollution prevention. Topics include waste management and pesticide storage. Selected publications have been translated into Spanish.

Clean Process Advisory System (CPAS): This software provides information on clean technologies and pollution prevention methodologies to process and product designers in order to reduce waste in a cost effective manner.

Cornell Legal Information Institute: his provides access to a popular name table for the U.S. Code and the full text of many important environmental statutes.

Environmental Resources Center, Inc. (ERC): ERC is an innovative cooperative between private industry and goverment. It identifies, accesses, catalogs, and integrates existing environmental information sources.

Finishing.com, the Home Page of the Finishing Industry: This site provides information on all aspects of surface finishing, from anodizing to powder coating.

Global Network for Environmental Technology: This web site offers a news center, market center, technology center, government center, links to the Department of Energy, and projects.

Green Engineering WWW Servers (Ennvironmentally Conscious Design & Manufacturing Lab): This Canadian site lists web sites and research centers relating to environmentally conscious design manufacturing in Canada, The U.S. and abroad.

Gulf Coast Environmental Library: This site is currently being developed. It should be accessible by the end of May' 97.

Gulf Coast Hazardous Substance Research Center: The center coordinates an integrated research program among 8 universities in the 5 Gulf Coast states to provide protection of human health and the environment at a reasonable cost. The center coordinates research, evaluation, testing, development, and demostration of alternartive or innovative technologies for pollution prevention, waste treatment, and site remediation for hazardous sustances, associated with the petroleum, chemical other Gulf Coast industries. The web site discusses these activities and provides references to reports and studies. The web site wil provide a link to a pollution prevention clearinghouse which is being developed.

GW Green University Initiative. Environmental Information Resources: This provides access to broad range of environmental information including P2 and environmentally conscious manufacturing. Links can be found to Environmental Usenet News Groups, Environmental Listservs, Environmental Career Opportunities.

Lousiana Energy & Environmental Resource & Information center: This website provides coastal, energy, and environmental information with focus on Louisiana. Users can serach this excellent web site or search the center's library collection of over 10,000 volumes.

National Library for the Environment: This includes Congressional research Service reports, the Encyclopedia of the Environment, and in depth issues in the environment.

National Materials Exchange Network: A free online marketplace for trading and recycling used and surplus goods and supplies. It provides over 10,000 listings in over 30 categories of available and wanted items such as surplus chemicals and scrap metals.

NORTEL Habitat (Northern Telecom): An online platform for corporate environmental issues. Browsers can obtain information ranging from international environmental standards to measuring a company's environmentalisim.

Petroleum Technology Transfer Council (PTTC): The council was formed by the U.S. oil and gas exploration and production industry to improve technology transfer to producers. It facilitates technology transfer for environmental compliance.

The Right to Know Network Provides Community Access to Toxic Data: This allows users to search environmental databases such as TRI. Links to environmental documents and newsletters are also included. Rutgers University.

Technical Assistance Resources for Pollution Prevention (TARP2): This site provides federal and state, recycling, sustainable resource development information. Much information is geared for business and industry; however, there are links to federal government, state, local government, business and industry sites, recycling and materials exchanges, and much more.

Tellus Institute for Resource and Environmental Strategies: This is a non-profit research and consulting organization devoted to resource management and environmental issues. research groups include energy, solid waste, risk analysis, Stockholm Environment Institute.

UC Berkeley's Center for Green Design and Manufacturing: Provides up-to-date information on the Berkeley Green Design program which includes software and other design tools for the manufacturing industry.

UCLA's Center for Clean Technology (CTT): The pollution prevention research conducted by the center focuses on process industries and chemical engineering.

United States Environmental Recycling Hotline "Earth 911": This provides information about recycling and is organized by zip codes.

EnviroLink Directory of Environmental Web Sites: This is an environmental world wide web directory linking hundreds of organizations and volunteers in over 130 countries. This directory provides over 1000 references to small businness.
