Action: All available resources will be applied to solve problem immediately. System Administrator will be notified. |

High Priority |
Individual is unable fulfill duty
or responsibility. System is inoperable or critical application is not
working.
Action: Solve if possible or assign to Resource within area of responsibility who will be available next or is currently available. |
Priority 3 |
Standard Priority |
Personal or Departmental Productivity is adversely impacted as a result of the problem or action needed. |
Priority 4 |
Low Priority |
Activity that is needed, but is not critical at this time. These reqests will be forwarded to ITSD. |
Priority 5 |
On Hold |
No action can be taken until a prerequisite action is taken. |
