Priority 1

Mission Critical

Department Mission cannot be met or is jeopardy if problem is not resolved or request not completed.

Action: All available resources will be applied to solve problem immediately. System Administrator will be notified.

Priority 2

High Priority

Individual is unable fulfill duty or responsibility. System is inoperable or critical application is not working.

Action: Solve if possible or assign to Resource within area of responsibility who will be available next or is currently available.

Priority 3

Standard Priority

Personal or Departmental Productivity is adversely impacted as a result of the problem or action needed.
Priority 4

Low Priority

Activity that is needed, but is not critical at this time. These reqests will be forwarded to ITSD.

Priority 5

On Hold

No action can be taken until a prerequisite action is taken.
