White Lake UTEP 104

NM: SOCORRO CO.: W 1/2 SE 1/4 SEC 29, T2S, R7W, WHITE LAKE SEGMENT PLAINS OF SAN AUGUSTIN. SA1-VII. (WEBER).

General Description.—Probable late Wisconsin beach deposits of the intermediate lake level at 6975'.

Comments.—Fauna associated with fish vertebrae; abundant small, low-spired gastropods; very small pelecypods; sparse high-spired gastropods; ∓ charophyte oogonia. Received (∓ data from) Robert Weber, New Mexico Bur. of Mines.

Age.—Late Wisconsin.
