Congratulations to Andre Llanos and Kate Grisi!

Master’s of Science students, Andre Llanos (Advisor: Brunner) and Kate Grisi (Advisor: Giles) has been awarded research funds through the AAPG Grant-In-Aid program.  Andre will use his funds to complete research and analyses related to his thesis “Genesis of Unique Carbonate Features in a Pre-Salt Reservoir Analogue Lower Cretaceous Yucca Formation, Indio Mountains, West Texas”.  Kate will use her funds to support research, field work, and data collection for her thesis “A Comparison of the Fisher Valley and Gypsum Valley Megaflaps, Paradox Basin, Utah/Colorado”.  Great job Andre & Kate!
