Regional Director

Industrial engineer with over 20 years of manufacturing experience. He started in the electronics assembly industry implementing systems that involved manufacturing process design and improvement.  He directed manufacturing operations for 13 years as plant manager in Mexico and the U.S. for companies that produced  medical devices, electronic components and products for the automotive and apparel industries.  He is a registered ISO-9000 Lead Assessor, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds a Master degree in Quality Engineering from UTEP.
