He has worked as a manufacturing consultant with several companies in the US & Mexico since 1993. His career has focused on design and on-the-floor implementation of manufacturing systems. Salcedo is a trainer for TMAC & UTEP and teaches the Fundamentals of ISO-9000 and QS-9000 documentation classes. He also teaches the Internal Auditor course and the Lead Assessor course several times a year. He has also worked as a consultant with several companies assisting in their efforts to register their quality system to ISO-9000 and QS-9000.
