Stan is a mechanical engineer (Kettering/GMI) with an MBA (Penn State) in operations management. Stan has 34 years of experience in the automotive supplier industry and has most recently been using his knowledge of world class global manufacturing to teach University level courses in operations management. Having managed manufacturing and engineering operations in three countries, Stan has expertise in quality and productivity improvement in various cultures. He has been involved in processes ranging from metal stamping and painting, to cut and sew, to plastics. His primary mission is to provide regional services that will help local manufacturers succeed. The manufacturing specialists group that he directs have the capability and connection to the community, UTEP, the National labs, and other sources of technical and organizational assistance.
