Amphispiza bilineata (Cassin 1850)—Black-throated SparrowPleistocene regional distribution of Amphisiza bilineata.

The Black-throated Sparrow is predominantly a desert bird of bare, open spaces. The record from Shelter Cave appears to be of very recent origin (Howard and Miller 1933).
