General Description. Small unnamed arroyo that flows northeast from base of Mesa Redonda, about 23 km south of Tucumcari (Morgan and Lucas 2005).
Discussion. "The Mesa Redonda site consists of a large quarry sample of mostly disassociated mammoths, with at least five individuals present based on lower jaws (Morgan et al., 2001b) and possibly as many as eight individuals based on tusks (according to Nelson Vaughn's field notes)" (Morgan and Lucas 2005:241).
