Location of the Yeso Creek site.Age. Rancholabrean (Agogino and Stevens 1972).

General Description. (Agogino and Stevens 1972): The site is an intermittent stream currently providing the only good consistent source of water between Pleistocene Lake Estancia and the Pecos Valley (Agogino 1972, as Yeso Arroyo). A western tributary of the Pecos River, about 12 km south of Yeso (Morgan and Lucas 2005).

Discussion. "The arroyo walls of this drainage are rich with fossil bone of Pleistocene age" ( (Agogino and Stevens 1972:142).
