What are the Corporate Academies?
The Corporate Academies connect students with industry leaders in key sectors, including:
- Banking: Build a foundation in banking and finance with support from partners like WestStar Bank and Bank of America.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Master systems that integrate business processes with insights from Microsoft and Lockheed Martin.
- Human Capital Management (HCM): Learn strategies to recruit, retain, and develop talent with tools and mentorship from ADP.
- Prudential Risk Management: Focus on risk assessment, mitigation, and management in dynamic business environments through the support of our partner Prudential.

How to Apply
Applications are open to all full-time UTEP students who meet the following requirements:
- Enrollment: Be a full-time student at UTEP.
- GPA: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 throughout your membership.
- Relevant Majors and Minors: While all students are welcome to apply, preference is given to specific fields of study:
- Banking Academy: Finance, Banking and Financial Institutions concentration, Financial Analyst concentration.
- ERP Academy: Operations and Supply Chain Management majors or minors, ERP certificates.
- HCM Academy: Human Resources majors or minors, HCM certificates.
- Prudential Risk Management Academy: Only Risk Management Majors.
