WHAT IS THE ROOKIE ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM?

The Rookie Entrepreneur Program (REP) is a unique small business bootcamp for high school students in the El Paso region in partnership with The University of Texas at El Paso and the Center for Hispanic Entrepreneurship. The intended purpose behind this free, weeklong program is to expand the minds of young entrepreneurs who are interested in learning more about business.

Designed with business knowledge and practice, this program aims to prepare students to jump-start their own businesses through college-level courses.

The virtual 2021 REP experience will offer an insight into areas such as accounting, data research, finance, idea and sales pitching, marketing, management, and even provide mentoring opportunities with guest speakers!
