The UTEP Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree prepares students both academically and professionally for the challenges of the modern global business environment. The AACSB-accredited program includes core business courses that cover the fundamental academic areas including marketing, management, finance, accounting and supply chain management. These dynamic courses are delivered by a distinguished faculty committed to teaching, research, and community service.

Student professional development is a focal point at UTEP College of Business Administration. The college offers programs that focus on skill development, corporate experience, and exposure to national/international business environments. These collaborative learning experiences are a major tool for improving students’ learning experience thus enhancing the students’ success. From our freshman orientation program for new business students to career workshops for graduating seniors, the college's Undergraduate Advising Center provides our students with the skills they need to succeed in the real world.
As part of the professional development programs the college created and launched the COBA Passport Program in January 2014. This program is a voluntary non-academic professional development program that provides guidance to our students in career building skills as well as networking opportunities.
