- U.S... Passport (Book or Card)
How do I register to Vote?
To vote in Texas, you must be registered. Simply complete a Voter Registration Application (VRA), sign and mail the application at least 30 days before every election. Last day to register is Oct. 9, 2018.

Centennial Museum, University Ave. & Wiggins Rd.
You may also complete, print and mail an English or Spanish postage-paid Voter Registration Application:
Voter Registration Applications are also available at any U.S. Post Office, the Department of Public Safety, El Paso Public Libraries, Texas Health and Human Services Commission offices and any local high school.
After you apply a Voter Registration Certificate (your proof of registration) will be mailed to you within 30 days. Check your certificate to ensure all information is correct.
October 9th - Last day to register to vote
October 22nd - Early Voting Begins
November 2nd - Early Voting Ends
November 6th - General Election
National Voter Registration Day
