Denisse Olivas is a full-time Marketing Lecturer in the College of Business Administration and the Director of the Center for Hispanic Entrepreneurship. She received her BBA in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from UTEP and holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Mexico. She also holds certificates in Hispanic Marketing from FSU and Social Media from USF. For the last ten years, Denisse has worked in the El Paso, Albuquerque, and Dallas in management and marketing. She has held several management positions in retail and advertising projects for major brands, managed and marketed programs for the University of North Texas, and consulted small businesses. Her main interests include Entrepreneurship, Hispanic Marketing, and Digital Marketing. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, Toastmasters International, and the UTEP alumni association.

Lilian Rivera is a senior at The University of Texas at El Paso. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She is an active member of the Women in Business Association and the University Honors Program. Outside of school, she is a co-founder of a clothing brand. This has helped her to improve her customer service, communication skill, and problem-solving.
