The University of Texas at El Paso is inviting you to learn more about the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) and the certification required to receive insurance reimbursement for providing these patient services.
UTEP will host two webinars with representatives from the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES). After the webinar, UTEP is offering to provide free guidance through the certification process and cover the cost of application fees to ADA or ADCES. Limited spaces available for coverage of the ADA/ADCES application cost.
