The University of Texas at El Paso is committed to fostering an atmosphere of compliance awareness that encourages all UTEP employees to conduct themselves with high ethical standards. To that end, it is every employee's responsibility to be aware of the key compliance issues that impact their jobs on a daily basis. As a result, training is offered through UTEP's Institutional Compliance Program. All faculty, staff and student employees are required to complete the training annually. The training content will change every fiscal year and our office will notify all employees of such changes. Annual training begins in October of every fiscal year.
If you are a current employee: Log on to Online Training to access the training modules that have been assigned for this fiscal year. Once you complete all training modules, a certificate will be provided to print as a record of completion; however, it is not necessary to return it to our office. Once you complete the modules our system is automatically updated.
If you are a new employee: You will be contacted by our office with instructions on how to complete the training requirement.
