Meet Haifeng Yu
 
 
 

Haifeng Yu is an active duty Army Warrant Officer. He enlisted in Southern California and has served for over a decade. His work involves interpreting regulations, ensuring property accountability, and advising commanders, which requires clear and precise written communication.

He graduated from the program in December 2025.

FACULTY SPOTLIGHT: DR. SOYEON LEE

 
 
 
 

Dr. Soyeon Lee is an Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Writing Studies at The University of Texas at El Paso.

Her research interests include technical communication and user experience studies. She earned her online Graduate Certificate in Teaching Technical Communication at Texas Tech University in 2021.

"Online learning and certificate programs are great ways to enter into professional communities and network with other learners across different disciplines and locations."
