Lesson 12:

Develop a who's who listing of people and places forming telecommunications networks for delivering instruction in which you are personally and professionally interested in gaining more in-depth learning and familiarity.

Make an on-line visit to at least three of the websites and these pople and places and develop a one-page handout listing the URL addresses and interesting information you learned to share with other students in class and instructor.

Currently, I deal with military personnel stationed all over the world and locally. They are required to take courses and attain certain degrees for certain jobs and ranks they will hold. Example, in order to become a job skill instructor, they must attain at least an AAS in that job skill, showing they are fully trained by the USAF and a college in that field. With this site, the University Of Maryland caters to US military personnel all over the world and up to recently, has only offered regular classes. But being overseas and on-duty for about 12-18 hours can sometimes keep these personnel from finishing their degree, even though they pay 100% tuition, duty comes first. So here they are:
