Pursuant to your e-mail of 2/26 requesting the conceptual framework, our team - Karin Porter, Jamye Swinford, Karon Traver and Katherine Squires have set forth the following information.

We have agreed that we will develop a project that will integrate the design of a telecommunications network that responds to the educational telecommunication needs of a school (K-12). The school will consist of a campus of 4 buildings, 1 elementary, 1 middle school, 1 high school and 1 administrative building all of which are within walking distance.

We have divided the assignment into 4 parts since we have 4 team members. Karin will focus on the audiences or population groups that will be served by it, Katherine will focus on the content that will be delivered over the network configuration, Karon will focus on the technologies that will be used and Jamye will focus on the conditions under which it will operate and be evaluated for success.
