NM: Doña Ana Co.

rule

Location of Robledo Cave.

General Description. Small, west-facing shelter on east side of valley, west side of the Robledo Mountains. Archaeological material with apparently Pleistocene material intermixed by rampant pot-hunting. Fill is very shallow.

Discussion. The site has been thoroughly scrambled, apparently by people looking for archaeological material. The fauna includes obviously Holocene material in addition to Pleistocene.
