Lake San Agustín

Location of the Lake Otero site.Age. Rancholabrean. Radiocarbon dates range from 11,455 to 23,070 BP (Morgan and Lucas 2005). The fossil material most likely is all Wisconsin in age.

General Description. Lacustrine deposits associated with Pleistocene Lake San Agustín (Morgan and Lucas 2005).

Discussion. Includes several sites whose exact locations are unknown and some of the faunal remains may pertain to the White Lake LF, but not to the VLA LF (Morgan et al. 2009).
