Adrián E. Gallegos is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Texas at El Paso - Department of Criminal Justice. Mr. Gallegos received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Other degrees earned include a Master of Science Degree in International Relations from Troy State University (2000) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso (1996). Mr. Gallegos has worked for sixteen (16) years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in El Paso, TX, and also as Senior Counsel for the Department of Justice Office of Legal Policy in Washington, D.C. From 2003-05, Mr. Gallegos served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Senior U.S. District Judge David Briones. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gallegos served as a Special Agent for the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
