3-credit Summer class held in July at Glasgow Caledonian University, Glasgow, Scotland
The class introduces students to methods in forensic science and its applicability to the criminal justice system in Scotland. The programme includes a series of lecture and practical sessions. Lectures and sessions are supplemented with field trips to a forensic (or equivalent) laboratory, prison and a criminal court. Students will receive a transcript on successful completion of the course, and that course is directly transferable and the Summer programme is open to any student with basic knowledge in chemistry and biology.

Accepted students wishing to obtain course credit for CRIJ 4300 MUST email the UTEP Dept Chair of Criminal Justice at least 2 months prior to departure to enroll in advance for the course during Summer II session (the course will need to be created and added to the schedule, so providing the CJ Chair your acceptance letter from GCU is necessary to add the course and register you).
Eligibility:
Students majoring in Forensic Science or Criminal Justice who are accepted by GCU through their application process.
