Erik Unsworth

A native of New York state, Eric Unsworth joined UTEP's Music Department in the Fall of 2003, as Assistant Professor of String Bass, Jazz and Commercial Music Studies.

Mr. Unsworth took over as Director of UTEP's Jazz Ensemble I in 2009, following the retirement of Mr. Sam Trimble.

Mr. Unsworth received the rank of Associate Professor of Music prior to the Fall semester, 2010.
