Moderated by College of Health Sciences Dean Shafik Dharamsi, participants discussed the connection between higher education and career outcomes, the return on an investment in a college degree, and the importance of education beyond high school.

The Dean’s Dialogues series offers UTEP students a platform to share ideas and promote issues with Dean Dharamsi, college administrators, faculty and staff, and invited guests. The focus is to listen and engage.

Topics will include ethics, global literacy, cultural competence and social responsibility.

The next Dean’s Dialogues session will take place in February 2018. The presentation will be open to all UTEP students.
