University Avenue Temporary Weekend Closure

A portion of University Avenue will be closed beginning at 5 a.m. Friday, June 21 as construction crews remove a crane at the Interdisciplinary Research Building construction site.

University Avenue will be closed from the Sun Bowl Drive roundabout to Dormitory Road. Motorists will not be able to access campus through the traffic control gate at University Avenue and Sun Bowl Drive.

Inbound campus traffic will be detoured to the traffic control gate at Rim Road and Hawthorne Street. (View detour map)

The closure is expected to last through Sunday, June 23.
