$1.1 Million Gift from The Hospitals of Providence to Strengthen Nursing Workforce

The College of Nursing will bolster its efforts to alleviate the region’s ongoing nursing shortage thanks to a new $1.1 million gift from The Hospitals of Providence and Tenet Healthcare Foundation.

UTEP President, General to Sign New Book

UTEP Press invites the campus to a book launch of "Get Back Up: Lessons in Servant Leadership" by UTEP President Heather Wilson and Gen. (Ret.) Dave Goldfein on Tuesday, Oct. 7 in the University Bookstore. A brief program begins at 10 a.m., followed by a book signing. Active-duty military and veterans with military ID can receive a free copy of the book!

Each Commencement, UTEP tells the story of its graduating class through the experiences and future plans of our graduates. These stories may be shared with the local media, posted on UTEP’s website and social media channels and could be highlighted during the Commencement ceremonies.
