UTEP Volleyball Hosting Special Faculty and Staff Appreciation Event

For just $10, employees can attend an exclusive pregame social from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Gordon Family Courtside Club inside the Don Haskins Center on Aug. 30. Ticket includes one free beverage and a ticket to the 6 p.m. volleyball match in the newly renovated Memorial Gym! Limited to two seats per purchase, and one transaction per account. UTEP Soccer Routs Sul Ross State, 5-0

The Miners (2-0) weren't bothered by a three-hour weather delay, overwhelming the Lobos to lock up the program's first 2-0 start in 13 years. They defeated Sul Ross State 5-0 at University Field Sunday evening.

Faculty are invited to the first floor of the Peter and Margaret De Wetter Center for coffee, water and a quiet place to sit in the center of campus. The lounge is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Parking and Transportation Announce Shuttle Service Update, Cross Parking Options

Miner Metro Shuttle services will not operate through Aug.23. Service will resume on Aug. 24 at the start of the Fall 2026 semester. In the meantime, special cross parking options are listed at the Parking and Transportation website.
