Carousel11.png

The Nabi Lab of Bioengineered Therapeutics within the School of Pharmacy at the University of Texas at El Paso investigates research at the intersection of chemistry, biology, and engineering. The ultimate goal of our lab is to improve the therapeutics for better management of patients in the clinic by utilizing biomaterials and bioengineering approaches.

The ongoing projects in our lab are highly interdisciplinary and we are a group of people with a diverse background that includes- chemist, biologist, clinician, and engineer. The diversity of the group members is considered to be one of the mentionable strengths that likely will lead us to translate our findings from bench to bedside.
