Proposal Development Assistance

Early career awards are a great way to propel your research forward, but with so many different funding agencies – each with their own eligibility requirements – it can be difficult determining if you’re eligible. Our team can help you confirm eligibility so no time is wasted working on a proposal for an award you’re ineligible for.
We invite you to work one-on-one with our team members to discuss long-term research strategies, identify funding opportunities and agencies, interpret reviews for resubmissions, and develop concise and compelling one-page summaries for submission.
We offer personalized assistance to early career faculty members throughout the entire proposal development process. We can help ensure your proposal meets review criteria, evaluate competitiveness of your proposals, conduct non-technical reviews of content, and provide valuable feedback on clarity, coherence, and more.
We can submit your proposal for external review, allowing you to receive feedback from a subject matter expert in the field. The earlier you begin working with us, the better.
Early career faculty members can access specialized programs to meet their unique requirements. These targeted initiatives prioritize the needs of emerging scholars, providing focused support to increase their success rate in securing research funding.
We host a series of workshops and seminars aimed at equipping early career faculty with the skills and knowledge essential for successful proposal writing. These sessions cover various aspects of proposal development and are open to all faculty members. Specific workshops are tailored to those eligible for young investigator programs with prestigious agencies such as the NSF, NIH, DOE, and DOD.
