Vaccines Available to All Students and Employees
Tuesday, April 6, 2021
UTEP will offer vaccines this Friday and Saturday to students, faculty and staff who have not received them already. To get vaccinated at UTEP, please follow the steps below:
Students, faculty and staff who have previously completed the vaccination consent and questionnaire
- Students, faculty and staff who have already completed the consent and questionnaire, please check your email. You will receive an email this afternoon with a link to complete the CDC questionnaire and schedule an appointment online. An appointment is required in order to receive a vaccination. No walk-ins will be accepted.
- If you have already received a vaccine somewhere else, please email email@example.com to ensure that your appointment is given to someone who needs it.
Students, faculty and staff who HAVE NOT previously completed the vaccination consent and questionnaire
- If you have not completed the consent and questionnaire or are not sure if you have, please fill out the questionnaire at vaccinequestionnaire.utep.edu by 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 7.
- You will then receive an email Wednesday afternoon to complete the CDC questionnaire and schedule your vaccination appointment.
UTEP receives a vaccine allocation from the Department of State Health Services each week. If we do not have enough vaccines to meet the demand for this week and you do not receive an email to schedule an appointment, you will receive one in the coming weeks. You do not need to take any additional action.
If you have questions about UTEP’s vaccination program, please visit utep.edu/vaccine to review the FAQs.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our campus safe and to keep yourselves and your loved ones healthy.
