Union Building & El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center Hours of Operation Fall 2020

The Union Building and El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center will reopen on Monday, August 24, 2020. Things might look a bit different as we have taken measures to ensure everyone is safe and is practicing social distancing.

Some offices will continue to offer services remotely, so check their websites before visiting the building.

Face coverings will be required and social distancing must be maintained at all times.

A limited number of disposable face masks will be available at the Information Center. Social distancing guidelines have been posted throughout the buildings and must be observed.

The Cyber Café will open later in the semester depending on demand. Wi-Fi capabilities have been enhanced throughout the Union Building, Union Plaza, and the EPNG Conference Center.

Lounges and dining areas have reduced seating and we ask that tables, chairs, and other furniture not be moved. We have also limited restroom occupancy to keep everyone safe and to maintain social distancing. Some sinks, hand dryers, toilets, and urinals have been disabled for your safety.

Touchless hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the buildings.

Dining Services will stagger the opening of additional locations throughout the semester. Please check What’s Open Now to find out which venues are open on campus.

Mail Services will be open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm beginning August 24.

Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday Closed
