Testing Program FAQs Submit Your Questions
The UTEP Proactive Coronavirus Testing Program is one important part of our strategy to control the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19 as we transition to face-to-face classes and in-person work. The voluntary testing program will help us quickly identify those who are infected, even if they are not experiencing symptoms, and have them stay home so they do not spread the virus to others. The testing is free to enrolled students and employees who will be on campus, and we are planning to make it fast and convenient.
Testing Program FAQs
UTEP's Coronavirus Proactive Testing Program is one way to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus, but we need the participation of our students, faculty and staff who will be on campus this fall.
COVID-19 Illness Reporting: For the safety of the campus community, it is very important to inform the University when you are ill. If you have tested positive or have been exposed to an individual who tested positive for COVID-19, please inform UTEP EH&S at COVIDaction@utep.edu .
