UTEP has been approved as a COVID-19 vaccine provider by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Vaccines will be administered to UTEP faculty, staff and students based on risk, following CDC and state guidelines.
To participate in UTEP’s COVID-19 vaccination program, current students, faculty and staff must complete the consent form and questionnaire at vaccinequestionnaire.utep.edu.
When a vaccine becomes available for you, you will receive a secure email with information for electronic scheduling. An appointment is required, and no walk-ins will be accepted.
After you receive the first dose of the vaccine, you should continue to wear a mask and follow social distancing recommendations. UTEP policies on masks and distancing on campus will remain in effect.
You will receive follow-up instructions by email, including when to return for the second dose of vaccine.
