Educator Preparation Program (EPP) Admission
Students pursuing a Secondary Education minor must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for admission into the College of Education Educator Preparation Program (EPP):

Complete Core Curriculum and 15 hours in your content area.

Complete 60 semester credit hours with a cumulative UTEP GPA of 2.75 or better.

Take the FREE diagnostic content exam on 240tutoring.com.
- Attend the Test Preparation Seminar and complete the required study plan.
- Complete essay requirements using the rubric.

Submit an application for admission to the Education Preparation Program to the College of Education Center for Student Success.
- Attend the Education Preparation Program Workshop.
