- Change of Your Personal Information (including the name displayed when people search for you) - Logon to UT Direct at
http://utdirect.utexas.edu
- Legal Change of Name - Visit the UTEP Human Resource Services Office in person. Bring your Social Security card showing your new legal name.
- Missing Name - Your name will appear in the directory when your appointment is fully approved under the appointed department.

- Change of Address and Telephone - Logon to My.utep.edu at http://my.utep.edu/ and select GoldMine
- Name Change - Visit the UTEP Registration and Records Office in person. You must provide a valid picture ID and an original or certified copy of one of the following; marriage
license, court order, divorce decree, US government issued document, DD 2, passport, visa or permanent resident card.

- All requests for Department/Program/Center or Institute/Museum changes must be accompanied by :
- An email from the Dean/Department head verifying the change with all the information requested below.
- An active URL to a fully completed web site for the area to be listed.
No entry will be allowed without an active URL that takes the user to a fully completed site for the proposed area listing. "Under Construction" sites are not allowed.
- Entry Modification - All currently displayed information for the listing that needs changing including Area Name, Physical Address, Phone, Fax, Dept. email address, Web site,
along with the new information including new Area Name, new physical address, new phone, new fax, and new web site URL.
- Both the old information and the new information are required as well as verification from the Dean/Department Head. If personnel are to be added or deleted, their names and UT EIDS
must also be provided.
- Entry Creation - Area Name, Physical Address, Phone, Fax, Dept. email address, Web site URL and verification from Dean/Department Head.
- Entry Deletion - All currently displayed information for the listing that needs to be deleted, including Area Name, Physical Address, Phone, Fax, Dept. email address, Web site URL,
along with verification from Dean/Department Head.
