TAO: Online Self Help
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) is a self-guided tool, consisting of educational and interactive modules, practice tools, journals and progress measures. TAO provides online and mobile tools to help you conquer the day-to-day struggles around general stressors like anxiety and depression, or specific troubles like relationships and addiction. Our self-help option allows you to move through the courses at your own pace, whether that means using the Mind Elevator when you’re feeling down and need encouragement, or visiting our mindfulness library when you need a moment to meditate. TAO: Online Self Help is not a replacement for psychotherapy; however, it is designed to help individuals who may not need therapy but would benefit from developing some skills to help them navigate the problems and stressors of every-day life.
