How long do I have to drop a course with a "W"?
Where can I get an academic transcript?
I am trying to register and I am getting error messages. What do they mean? What do I have to do to register?
•Capacity: The section is closed. You need to look for other available sections.
•Co-Requisite: Course requires concurrent enrollment in another course.
•Class Restriction: Course is restricted to a certain classification, such as Freshman only.
•Department: This means that the department would like to speak with the student wanting to register for this course.
•Level Restriction: This means that if the course is a UG level course, that only UG level students can register for the course. UG students wanting to register for GR courses that have this restriction need to go to Graduate School for approval.
•Required: Course requires that the student register for both a lecture and lab with the same course number.
•Major Restriction: Course is restricted to students under a certain major.
•Prerequisite: This means that a course or placement test must have been successfully completed in order to be able to register for the course in question.
•Repeat: In most instances a student may enroll in an undergraduate class a maximum of three times, except with permission of the student's academic dean. The student may not enroll in a course in which a grade of "C" or higher has been previously earned.
•Time Conflict: Enrolling in two classes that meet at the same time is not permitted. If, however, the student needs to schedule an intentional time conflict, the student may do so with the academic department teaching the course.
NOTE: Department chair's approval may be required to resolve some of these issues.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Candidates must complete an application for graduation with their respective academic dean. It should be initiated during the next-to-last semester or session and completed no later than the deadline published in the on-line Class Schedule.
MASTER'S AND DOCTORAL STUDENTS
Candidates must begin the application process with their advisors. Graduate degree candidates must submit an Application for Graduate Degree and final degree plan during the semester they expect to graduate and by the deadline stated in the on-line Class Schedule.
