The Registered Student Oreintation is a mandatory program that takes place the Thursday before each semester begins. One represntaive of each organization must attend.
The RSOlympics is a week filled with enjoyable activities for all registered student organizations to participate in during homecoming week. Student Organzations can pair up and celebrate homecoming and have a chance at winning $500! Learn more here!
The Student Organization Advancement Program is a semester long program that introduces student organization members to different strategies that further develop their leadership skills. SOAP additionally provides access to other organizations across campus for collaboration, awareness of available campus resources, and an understanding of organizational requirements. This program echoes the Student Engagement & Leadership Center’s mission to create “meaningful experiences designed to enhance campus engagement and develop the inclusive leadership skill set of the 21st century student demographic.”

Social Change Leadership Series
The Social Change Leadership Series is a tetrad of programs that intend to enhance student organization officers’ learning and development in the areas of self-knowledge and leadership competence, as adapted from The Social Change Model of Leadership Development.
