Student Organization Advancement Program
The Student Organization Advancement Program (SOAP) is a semester long program that introduces student organization members to different strategies that further develop their leadership skills. SOAP additionally provides access to other organizations across campus for collaboration, awareness of available campus resources, and an understanding of organizational requirements. This program echoes the Student Engagement & Leadership Center’s mission to create “meaningful experiences designed to enhance campus engagement and develop the inclusive leadership skill set of the 21st century student demographic.”
