The Center prides itself in promoting leadership development opportunities for students on campus. Below is a list of additional leadership programs students can participate in depending on their eligibility.
The UTEP Edge Student Leadership Series is a tetrad of programs that intend to enhance student organization officers’ learning and development in the areas of self-knowledge and leadership competence, as adapted from The Social Change Model of Leadership Development. The Leadership Workshop Series is designed to provide students with the necessary tools to aid in their leadership development as inclusive leaders in the community.
The Leadership Pop-up Series is a collection of recurring “Pop-Ups” around campus that are focused on leadership development.
Powerful Podcasts is a program designed to provide students with meaningful conversations and activities that will enhance, strengthen and challenge their perceptions of leadership and topics of inclusivity.
