The Student Engagement & Leadership Center managing the system of reserving outdoor space on the UTEP campus. We have a number of available spaces for a variety of your on-campus event needs. Located in front of Administration Building and next to the Union Building.
This large grass lawn in perfect for large tabling events and reaching large amounts of people, medium to large events.Capacity: varies; can support large crowds
Located off of Wiggins Way, across from Centennial Museum
Smaller grass lawn, perfect for small to medium tabling events and activities, provides some shaded areas. Capacity: 30-40
Located in front of Geological Sciences Building, connected to Centennial Plaza.
Open smaller grass lawn can be used for any small to medium tabling events and activities. Capacity: varies.
Located in between Liberal Arts Building and Academic Advising Center.
Smaller grass-lawn area will provide great shade, some scattered seating and support smaller events and activities. Capacity: 20-30.
Located in front of the Library, across from El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center.
Grass-lawn area is a great area to have small to medium events and will always have traffic to garner attention. Capacity: 40-50.
Located behind the Psychology Building, in front of Old Main.
In a more discrete location, this space is great for more secluded events or meetings of small to medium groups. Capacity: 70-80.
Located in front of Psychology Building, shaded area in front of building.
This covered space can be used for smaller tabling events and gatherings. Capacity: 20-30.
Located in between Union Building and Centennial Plaza, small patio area in front of the theater.
Perfect for smaller private events, has the space for tables and chairs to be set-up. Capacity: 20-30.
Located in between Fox Fine Arts Center and Sun Bowl Parking garage, nearby a Miner Metro Stop.
Perfect for a 1-2 table(s) event. Capacity: 60-70.
Located in front of Old Main, behind the Psychology Amphitheater.
Can be used for medium sized tabling events and activities, perfect view of campus. Capacity: 30-40.
