A $1,000 stipend and participation in a series of seminars designed to prepare Fellows to apply for nationally competitive awards as a Junior and/or Senior.

The Hawkins Scholarship, established by the President of UTEP, will provide two $10,000 scholarships to two UTEP students of outstanding intellect and character, who are committed to the service of others, and who show promise of becoming leaders capable of addressing important challenges facing humanity. The scholarship may be awarded to a student in any field.
