                   NAFTA Intermodal Transportation Institute
            The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and the NAT CENTER have entered into an
                   agreement to develop the NAFTA Tranportation Institute under funding from the NYSDOT
                   and the FHWA. The NAFTA Intermodal Transportation Institute will help promote improved
                   levels of trade by accelerating intermodal transportation solutions for U.S./Mexico and
                   U.S./Canada border issues. The project will also enhance the competitiveness of the U.S. by
                   viewing an intermodal transportation system to promote traffic flow throughout the Northern
                   Hemisphere.

                   Center for Sustainable Neighborhoods
            The Center for Sustainable Neighborhoods (CSN) will focus University programs and
                   resources on the needs of residents in lower income neighborhoods by providing training,
                   technical assistance, and direct services to community development corporations attempting
                   to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing in the enterprise communities. For more

                   Lower Valley Water District
                    The objective of this project is to assist the Lower Valley Water District with the design and
                    implementation of an Accounting Information System (AIMS). This project will include the
                    assessment of the current accounting and information management system of the Water District
                    to include, but not limited to, general accounting, customer billing and accounts management,
                    office automation, inventory management, work order processing, and facilities management.
