    7.- Specific Requirements for the MBA/MPA Two-Degree Option

    1. Students must meet all admission requirements for both programs.
    2. Students must meet the Pre-MBA requirements for the MBA degree. See description for the MBA degree program and the conditions for waiver.
    3. The program consists of 24 hours of Required MBA Core courses, 6 hours of graduate business electives, 27 hours of MPA core courses, 3 hours of POLS 3567, and a comprehensive written exam in the core subject areas of public administration. The number of hours necessary to complete the two-degree option will vary depending upon each student's background and previous academic work.
    4. The core curriculum in each of the separate degree programs must be satisfactorily completed.
    5. Electives must be approved by the academic advisors of both programs; upon such approval, the core courses of one program may be used to meet the elective requirements of the other.
    6. Admission to and continuance in the program are administered separately by the MBA and MPA Graduate Committees and by the Graduate School.
